At Company Bakery, we take pride in crafting exceptional sourdough using traditional techniques and the finest sustainable ingredients. Our mission is to deliver freshly baked sourdough and pastries throughout the city, 7 days a week. We're currently offering the opportunity to join us as an Experienced Packer/Kitchen Porter. This role is crucial to our operations, and we're looking for reliable and enthusiastic team players eager to join our growing team.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Preparing and packing orders with precision and efficiency
- Organising orders for pickup by the delivery team
- Organising packing supplies for the following day
- Recording any stock issues to maintain accurate inventory
- Ensuring a clean and tidy workspace for a smooth workflow
- General cleaning duties associated with a food production environment
- Assisting bakers when required with basic food preparation

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines
- Autonomous problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Can reliably commute to Eskmills Venue in Musselburgh

**Availability**:

- Shifts are from 4am - 12pm, available 7 days a week
- Option to work 4 days a week (32 hours) or 5 days a week (40 hours)
- Weekend availability preferred
