- Aspire People Limited- **Job description**: Aspire People are currently seeking dedicated Autism Specialist support staff for a small Special Needs school in the Rugeley area.

There are less than 60 students on role and all children have a full diagnosis and EHCP plan to support their learning. Many of the children are non-verbal and they have a range of SEND and SEMH needs. They require committed Learning Support Assistants and Teaching Assistants, to develop and nurture positive relationships, working on a 1-1 basis with a dedicated existing team.

To be successful in this role you will need an empathetic nature, and a very resilient personality; health and safety procedures and the welfare of the children are paramount.

Aspire People is dedicated in helping to improve the education of SEND children across the Staffordshire area, supporting local Special Needs Schools in finding the ideal staff that meet the needs of their school community.

To be considered for the position above you will need to have the following minimum requirements:

- Ideally a qualification in Support Teaching and Learning (not essential)
- Experience of supporting pupils with SEND (desirable)
