Join our team as a Press Brake Setter/Operator and be a vital part of our production process. This role offers a unique training opportunity, allowing you to build your skills during a comprehensive one-month training period on the day shift before transitioning to the night shift. As a Press Brake Setter/Operator, you'll play a crucial role in shaping and forming sheet metal components to precise specifications.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the production team to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, shape, and form sheet metal.
- Ensure proper tooling and machine settings for each job.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of press brake equipment.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure accuracy and conformance to specifications.
- Troubleshoot and adjust machine settings to achieve desired results.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in press brake setting and operation.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints.
- Familiarity with press brake machinery and tooling.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic mechanical aptitude.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Safety-conscious mindset.
