Data Administrator, Data Management 12 Month Contract (London)

**What is the Opportunity?**

During this 12 month fixed term contract you will be working as part of the Data Management & Quality team. The purpose of the role is to ensure that all Client and Product data is input, controlled effectively and maintained appropriately for all WMI businesses and product lines.

**What will you do?**
- Ensure the integrity of data across and between multiple systems is maintained
- Assist with Data Management tasks and projects as directed by Assistant Managers, Manager of the Data Management team and the Senior Leadership Team of WMI Data Strategy Office.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all issues, queries and obstacles are satisfactorily resolved to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist with the timely completion of Data Remediation projects.

**Must-have**
- Strong communication skills
- Collaborative and consultative approach along with team player attitude
- Ability to make decisions, use initiative and escalate issues
- Ability to execute tasks within defined service level agreements
- A proven track record in excellent service delivery
- Knowledge/experience with Client Due Diligence (CDD) / Know Your Client (KYC) and supporting documentation
- Ability and willingness to work from home in line with the hybrid working team charter

**Nice-to-have**
- An understanding of client structures, primarily companies and trusts
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products — specifically Word and Excel
- Knowledge and understanding of Salesforce, RIBS, Milvus, Triple A, 5 Series, and Content Navigator
