**Technical Data Administrator (12 Months FTC)**:
We are currently looking for a Technical Data Administrator to join our Master Data Services Team.

We have one 12 Months contract position that will be contracted to our London hub.

We need an ambitious, highly motivated, Tech Savvy and focused Technical Administrator with excellent customer service skills.

You'll join a team that delivers, maintains, and supports key projects, ensuring quality and time standards are met. We need people who are quality focused and can work to tight deadlines.

If you have analytical mindset, love working with data, strive for continues improvement and equally you like working and supporting internal customers then this role can be just what you are looking for.

In your role, you will be required to create and maintain Product & Assessment related Master Data to enable effective order fulfilment and results processing activities on various delivery platforms.

This is a hybrid role with working approximately two days per week in our London (EC1A 9DD) office so you will be within commutable distance from this location.

**About the role**:
You will create and maintain Product and Assessment related Master Data to enable effective order fulfilment and results processing activities. You will ensure accuracy and quality in your delivery as well as identifying ways to continuously improve our systems and processes. You will also be mastering online assessment data on various delivery platforms, preparing data for testing and undertaking various system testing activities as a key part of the role.

You will be working on SAP system so any previous experience / knowledge of SAP would be beneficial but is not essential.

**About you**:
You're most likely to have experience gained within a quality role but to succeed, you'll need strong IT skills and experience in using systems (Tech Savvy). You must have excellent planning and organisational skills, and the ability to work to strict deadlines. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be numeric as well. We are looking for excellent customer service skills and ability to prioritise tasks and work to tight deadlines.

This role would also suit an individual coming from Customer Support role with the knowledge of several operating systems/ platforms.

The Technical Data Administrator will have excellent problem solving skills and great attention to detail, and will be both motivated and proactive.
