The Assessment Day will take place on Saturday the 30thof September between 09:00-14:00 and it will give you the great opportunity to:
- Meet our teams who will support and guide you throughout day, as well as after you join us as an employee.
- Learn more about training, development and further career opportunities we offer.
- Get first-hand experience on a day in a life of a healthcare assistance, their duties and responsibility.
- Take a tour of your future workplace.
- Attend a formal interview and leave with a job offer if successful.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be passionate about improving the life of our patients while demonstrating a flexible approach and excellent communication skills. You will show a respectful, caring, and compassionate attitude in your daily duties.
All the roles are permanent and offered on a full-time and part-time basis. Flexible working opportunities would be considered where possible.
Typical shift patterns are 07:00 - 19:30 and 19:00 - 07:30, across all seven days of the week (including bank holidays).
Your daily duties will be performed under the kind supervision of our registered staff. The main duties may include:
- Personal care, food, personal hygiene and overall reassurance, comfort, and safety.
- Help patients move around.
- Learn about individuals' specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable clinical environment to live and work in.
- Communicate to patients and their families.
- Manage stock levels for linen and other supplies.
When your tasks prove to be challenging, our Wellbeing team will be there to support you as well as our in-house physiotherapy services.
