**What you’ll do**
- You will be responsible for creating world class and modern strategy for the function and execution of the projects and programmes to the required standard of quality and within the specified constraints of time and cost.
- You will manage stakeholders across all the teams as well as partners to work together and define/create and execution 3 year strategy for the function with highest standards and delivering value to function and end customer.
- You will compile & own your Strategy Plan, bringing together multiple plans and dependencies across a range of teams (sprint, scrum, test, integrate, release, and more) into one overarching perspective and plan.
- You will be managing RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies), governing milestones, and receipting adherence in line with your strategy.
- You will be embedding lean governance operating models, valuing ownership, responsiveness, predictability, and transparent delivery over pre-prepared project reporting.
- You will also be managing the project finances and supplier commercials, including internal Capex/Opex.

**Who you are**
- You will demonstrate experience in a Delivery / Strategy role previously.
- You will have experience in delivering a strategy utilising lean program governance.
- You will have the ability to work in an agile way dependent on the needs of the business / strategy.
- You will preferably have experience of Technical Change or transformation within a large organisation.
- You will ideally have experience in managing cross cultural teams & feel comfortable leading and motivating others.**What we offer**
