**What you’ll do**

As a Delivery Specialist for Vodafone UK, you will be responsible for delivering the best possible service experience by supporting the Order Analysts in ensuring on time delivery of our products and services. This role focusses on improving customer satisfaction by monitoring and driving the quality of the work within Order Management by queue monitoring, quality checking, and driving orders On-hold or in delay, focussng on revenue gains.

The role provides informal guidance and expertise to Order Analysts that are still developing their skills both into delivery management from our customers and across into other areas of Standard Delivery Services. You will also be expected to act as a 2nd in command supporting the Operations Manager in the day to day running of customer order management.

- Confident communication skills with the ability to build strong, effective relationships with customers and across all other areas of the business
- The ability to coach and guide others effectively
- High level of product, process, and industry knowledge for Vodafone fixed line products
- Able to work within a high volume/high pressure environment.
- Precise and attentive to detail - Quality focused
