Intervention Rentals is an established premier independent supplier of Drilling, Completion and Intervention Operations related rentals equipment and provider of Inspection, Calibration and Wellhead Services both in the North Sea and internationally.

**The Role**

Operations Administrator

Main responsibilities
- Creating rental and sales contracts
- Creating rental and sales contracts
- Maintaining & updating relevant databases and spreadsheets
- Ensuring all paperwork is completed to comply with the QMS
- Assist with enquires from customers
- Reception duties as required - answering and transferring of incoming calls, taking messages, assisting with queries.
- Raise PO’s for sales, hire & operations.
- General administrative tasks and assist with ad-hoc projects
- Previous experience in similar role
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Good time management
- Ability to organise workload in order to meet deadlines

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: One location
