**About the opportunity**:
Due to continued growth within our Practical Training service, an exciting opportunity has arisen for one Healthcare Trainer to join our fantastic team. You will be responsible for providing Mandatory Healthcare Training to healthcare professionals in and around Manchester and surrounding areas. The training we provide is blended meaning the majority of the day is spent on fun, interactive practical training using our full range of equipment.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Having expert knowledge of the industry and HB Group;
- Working as part of a team;
- Providing healthcare training;
- Running training days and setting up venues;
- Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc.;
- Communicating with service users;
- Being innovative and striving to constantly improve the service.

**Experience/Education**
- A qualified healthcare professional with at least 5 years’ experience
- AET (Award in Education Training) or equivalent teaching qualification
- A valid People Moving and Handling - Train the Trainer certificate (you must be willing to attend our course prior to starting if you do not have this)
- A valid Immediate Life Support **or** First Aid at Work certificate
- A valid PMVA - Train the Trainer certificate (you must be willing to attend our course prior to starting if you do not have this)

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Experience**:

- Training: 1 year (preferred)
- Healthcare: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- NMC (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
