Payroll and Accounts Officer

Reed Accountancy are currently working with an established business based in Kidderminster who are looking to add an experienced payroll and general accounts officer to their team on a permanent basis. The role is Hybrid, with two days based at home and3 days based with the office. The business is growing at an exceptional pace and within and industry sector that is current growing and will continue to grow over the coming decade.
Payroll and Accounts Officer
Duties to include - Complete monthly payroll, End to End
- Produce Payroll and HR MI and analyse trends.
- Process month end journals within Sage to assist with reporting.
- Assisting with the preparation of key information required for month end financial reporting to wider group.
- Provide ad hoc analysis to key stakeholders across departments
- Produce monthly reporting slides
- Changes in T&C
- Salary Increase
- Support with payroll queries where necessary and manage the payroll inbox.
- Working knowledge of HMRC rules and guideline
Skills - Essential
- Experience of Sage is essential.
