**Role Purpose**:

A major UK based organisation, Rhenus Logistics has strategically situated locations throughout the UK.
We are looking to recruit an administrator who is keen to work within an office environment and is looking to develop career in the fast-paced and varied industry of freight forwarding.
**Main duties: To include, but not limited to**:
- Assisting the export team with day-to-day tasks.
- Administration duties such as quotations, maintaining spreadsheets and responding to customer enquiries etc.
- Use of internal systems to book on transport orders and raise basic customs documents.
**Skills and Experience**:
- A good grasp of numbers and excellent organisational skills are essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confident phone manner would be beneficial.
- The ability to eventually manage a daily workload independently whilst operating effectively within a team.
- Good verbal and written communication skills that demonstrate the company in a professional manner to all concerned.
- Any experience in a customer facing role would be useful.
**Qualifications**:
Minimum GCSE English and Maths to grade 4 or above.
