Block Property Manager

Our client based in Southend, is looking for an experienced **Block Property Manager** to join their team on a permanent basis to deliver management services to a portfolio of residential, mixed-use buildings and estates across West and NorthEssex / Suffolk & Norfolk. Due to the travelling between properties, a car driver owner is essential for this role.

**The Block Property Manager will be responsible for:

- **
- Carrying out property inspections and writing up reports
- Arranging for PPM, general maintenance and upkeep of the common areas
- Dealing with contractors, obtaining quotes for works and managing service budgets
- Attending EGM's, AGM's, Directors and Residents meetings
- Ensuring developments are insured and handling insurance claims
- Dealing with any breaches of the lease
- Using your strong administration, communication and people skills to deal with all related administration, correspondence and customer complaints.

The AIRPM Qualification would be a distinct advantage, but is not essential.
