- Promptly resolve any supplier account queries
- Process sales invoicing
- Data entry
- Booking in stock
- Liaising with stock admin/warehouse
- Checking stock levels
- Checking on orders released
- Answering any queries on invoices
- Check payments have been made
- General administration for the business
Skills Required:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Can prioritise workloads
- Can use Microsoft Word, Excel, and other systems
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
