RKW has a great opportunity available for someone to join our Direct-to-Consumer Web Marketing Team, in the role of Digital Content Executive.

This role will give you the chance to work on E-Commerce websites for recognised brand names in the Household Goods sector.

We have ambitious plans to grow our portfolio of B2C websites and our new hire will be a key part of this journey, taking on vital duties around administering digital content across a matrix of platforms.

This role could be a great fit for someone with a Marketing Degree and know-how around content administration - who wants to focus on web-content in their career moving forward - or someone who has experience of coordinating e-commerce listings on a B2C website.

**Responsibilities**:
**Content Administration**
- Upload product content using RKW’s PIM (Product Information Management system) whilst ensuring product content appears to best in class standard across a portfolio of branded websites. Ensure all written product content is created with SEO in mind.
- Maintain product video content on branded You Tube channels as well as blog and recipe content across the websites.
- Create website landing pages to support campaigns, promotional periods and new product launches.
- Upload and maintain products on multiple TikTok shops, as well as overseeing product stock levels allocated to the shop forecast.

**Website Operations Administration**
- Ensure products are correctly set up on RKW’s content systems to feed correctly through to the branded websites.
- Merchandise products on category pages to enhance UX and increase sales conversion.
- Perform regular on-site product content audits ensuring content is up to date and correct.
- Create and manage promotional discount codes to support product promotions across the websites
- Work with RKW’s website platform provider on web development projects, technical troubleshooting issues and every day and IT ticket queries.

**Content Creation**
- Create product listing content including meta titles and descriptions for inputting into RKW’s PIM.
- Create promotional artwork for new product launches and marketing campaigns using Canva for use across websites.

**General Duties**
- Research key competitor’s websites and feed learnings into continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the in-house Design Studio for content creation requirements.
- Collaborate with the wider in-house Web Marketing team.
- Collaborate with external website platform provider.

**Experience**
- Ideally worked with websites and an understanding of website management platforms and content management platforms
- Familiarity with SEO best practice and experience in digital content creation.
- Strong administration experience and comfortable working with numerous software packages.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel including formulas, lookups, and data validation. Ideally aware off content creation software including Canva.
- Accuracy and attention to detail ideally including proof reading capability.
