**Marketing and Content Executive**

Are you a driven, commercial minded, results-focused individual who loves to be challenged; brings enthusiasm and positive energy to their team? These factors play a core role in our digital transformation.

You will be responsible for working with a range of global brands that Holdcroft work in partnership with, to manage, plan and deliver our marketing campaigns. You will also work across all brand and group campaigns, planning and capturing content and managing our organic social media platforms.

**Salary**: £25,000 per annum plus bonus

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm

Location: Head office, Stoke-on-Trent

**Key responsibilities as a Marketing and Content Executive**:

- Plan, deliver and manage marketing campaigns for our partner brands, creating content and producing launch campaigns for any new brand launches or deals for the group.
- Manage and oversee all of our social media platforms including the group and brands.
- Consistently analyse the performance of your campaigns, demonstrating positive ROI. Contribute to regular reporting and present to senior management.
- Ensure you are working inline with the budgets with cost effective allocation of resources and adhere to financial targets.
- Work alongside various teams within the business and externally such as events to project manage and execute successful campaigns and product placements. Create and maintain strong relationships with internal / external stakeholders, relating to the brands and projects you manage and the wider marketing team.
- Ensure the Holdcroft Group and all partner brands are compliant, including but not limited to; GDPR, advertising standards, financial compliance and adhering to manufacture mandatories and brand guidelines.

**Required skills as a Marketing and Content Executive**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing or related field.
- Working experience in campaign / project management / content.
- Strong strategic and commercial thinking with the ability to analyse and understand data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, can build strong relationships and collaborate with various team and external partners.
- Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
