Our Cheshire based client is the leading Paid Social agency within the automotive industry across the UK. They are currently looking for a Head of Paid Social to join the business to assist in growing the agency still further. The business is planning togrow by 100% over the course of the calendar year venturing into new verticals and offering new services to the automotive industry and so this hire is essential to fuel their growth.

In time the Head of Paid Social role can develop into a director position that holds equity within the business, so they need someone that is forward thinking and ambitious. What are you going to be doing in the Head of Paid Social position:

- Manage and develop the Paid Social Team
- Be an integral part of company strategy moving forward
- Be hands on in set up and continuously optimising ad campaigns on Facebook & Instagram. They also manage campaigns on TikTok, Snapchat and LinkedIn for certain clients
- Implement lead generation and conversion campaigns on Facebook
- Implement retargeting and remarketing campaigns across all social media platforms

Key requirements to succeed in this role:

- Experience of working on Paid Social campaigns in an agency environment
- Previous client-facing experience
- You're creative and bold and are able to display that in your current work
- Ideally management of a team of junior paid social executives
- Some experience of Paid Search / PPC would be desirable
