Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Acquisition Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts at Select Property. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital channels, analytics, and online consumer behaviour.
As the Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive high-quality traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through digital channels. Your expertise in digital marketing, data analysis, and optimisation will be crucial in achieving our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital acquisition strategies to drive website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates across both Select Property, it’s end user brands and lettings business.
- Identify and evaluate new digital marketing opportunities and technologies, staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
- Ability to work with a global team.
- Support with managing agencies where they are required internationally.
Paid Media Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising networks, across Select Property, Affinity Living and the lettings business.
- Monitor budgets, bids, and performance metrics to achieve maximum ROI.
Paid Social Marketing:
- Develop and manage Paid Social advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create compelling ad copy and visuals tailored for different social media platforms. Working alongside the Content Manager and regional leads.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
- Analyse user behaviour and website data to identify conversion areas for improvement.
- Implement A/B testing and other CRO techniques to optimise landing pages and increase conversion rates.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilise web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track, analyse, and report on digital marketing performance.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, outlining key metrics and actionable recommendations.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing campaigns.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to marketing team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Experience with all social media channels is preferable including Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat and Tik Tok.
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, and paid social media marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in web analytics tools.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute innovative digital marketing initiatives.
