Engineering Training Coordinator

**What you'll do**:

- Manage all training requests, internal and external course bookings and provision of joining instructions
- Maintaining the iLearn solution, ensuring that full and complete training records are kept for all engineers of their training history and certification
- Coordinate new starter inductions for all engineers
- Support the development and enhancement of iLearn content and other digitised methods of training delivery.
- Ensure that feedback is gained from all engineers and reviews are regularly held regarding inductions and training delivery
- Create and manage groups of technician cohorts for ease of delivery and planning.
- Collate KPI’s and reporting of performance.
- Work with Depot leadership teams to ensure that resources for training are covered.
- Maintain the Engineering Training Calendar.
- Book classrooms for internal training courses and ensure they’re properly set up.
- Prepare and disseminate learning material (e.g. instructional notes, feedback forms).
- Act as a point-of-contact for vendors and participants.
- Handle accounts payable processes and ensure invoices are paid.
- Resolve training administrative issues as they arise onsite.
- Submit reports on training activities and results.
- Support the Engineering Development Team by coordinating resources and ensuring that the training plan is feasible with the designated resources.
- Support with the administration of the internal IMI accreditation and training centre.
- Ensure that the cancellation and no-show policy is adhered to.
- Ensure all internal comms are up to date, including intranet etc are up to date with relevant information.

What you'll need:

- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Previous experience in a coordinator or administrative role
- Flexible approach to duties
- Conversant with computer based systems such as Google and Microsoft
- Be willing and capable to further develop their training
