We have an exciting opportunity for an **Projects & Engagement Coordinator **to join our team in in Birmingham.

As an **Projects & Engagement Coordinator** at National Express, your role will be to provide excellent governance and communications planning for all projects and initiatives. You will identify and engage with the relevant stakeholders in order to drive change in engineering and deliver on project deadlines, ensuring that all communications
content is consistent and aligns with the company’s brand identity and messaging.

**What you'll do...**
- Develop and implement effective and sustainable communications activities to ensure all engineering teams are up to date with any relevant news, changes, programme development and progress.
- Support the behavioural changes within the business, ensuring that team members are engaged and communicated with to best enable them to embrace the change.
- Develop and execute effective change management strategies to ensure that all project benefits are realised.
- Support with documenting project updates and plans.
- Publish regular updates to engineering teams and other key stakeholders through both new and existing communication streams.
- Develop and deliver well-executed and effective communication campaigns. Create robust communication plans to support the delivery of change projects.
- Producing and optimise communications content for internal and external presentation delivery at all levels.
- Monitoring and responding to feedback from stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Ensuring that all communications content is consistent and aligns with the company’s brand identity and messaging.
- Seek out and identify opportunities within engineering using a continuous improvement framework and where appropriate, for engineering process and workflow improvement to reduce engineering overhead and improve efficiency of product delivery.

**What you’ll need**
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent experience working as an internal communications specialist
- Hold or have the ability to attain a recognised Project Management qualification.
- Full car licence.
- Ability to collaborate, manage, influence and motivate across organisational boundaries and at all levels of the organisation.
- Able to produce detailed reports and utilise data analytics to produce management information.
- Computer literate (basic level in Excel, Word and PowerPoint etc).
