We're seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Projects Team and drive our growth strategy forward. This role will be instrumental in supporting the Project Manager and ensuring the smooth execution of projects.

Growth Strategy Support
The successful candidate will work closely with external parties to establish a strong pipeline of suitable properties. Key responsibilities include performing administrative duties associated with growth projects, supporting the Project Manager in obtaining comparative quotes, scheduling key milestones, and managing project schedules. Additionally, they will maintain accurate records and documentation for projects and tenders, track compliance schedules, and facilitate effective communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders. Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to changing priorities are essential.

Requirements
To excel in this role, you'll need experience and interest in Project Management, excellent organisational and multitasking skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of industry trends and technologies is also desirable.

Benefits and Salary
This exciting opportunity comes with a salary of £24,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Additional benefits include 30 days' annual leave, company pension scheme, life insurance, employee discount scheme, and on-site free parking.
