Job Title: Lettings Consultant/Administrator

The property industry can provide a fantastic variety of work and can offer a really rewarding career. For lettings staff, the standard hours would be Monday to Friday 9am until 6pm with some Saturdays required.
You’ll need to be able to set goals, learn quickly, have strong administrative skills, manage your time effectively, and adapt and commit to being the best you can be. Previous experience with Reapit would be a bonus. As a person you will need to be pro-active, personable and an all-round positive person who is comfortable making things happen, rather than waiting for them to happen. Your career MUST be important to you.
**Duties**:
- Provide administrative support to the Lettings Department
- Schedule appointments/viewings and meetings, and maintain calendars
- Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record keeping
**Requirements**:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
