**The Business**

A new sports betting and gaming brand operating in Franco-Africa. They aim to become a leading omni-channel igaming operator in Africa and expand the brand across the continent.

**The Job**

The position involves planning, executing and analyzing key affiliate and media buy deals, as well as growing and developing new traffic sources and purchasing traffic on RTB platforms. The role also includes providing online marketing solutions and assistanceto assigned affiliates to achieve revenue goals and targeted objectives.
- Responsible for strategically growing and developing assigned affiliate accounts.
- Actively cultivate relationships with key publishers and develop a keen understanding of their business objectives
- Proactively manage partner relationships, oversee performance standards, and drive preventive or corrective action where needed
- Lead operations of comprehensive reporting analysis to evaluate the performance of initiatives across partnerships and regularly present results
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and optimization strategies
- Identify new opportunities when communicating with prospective partnerships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure media buying aligns with overall marketing and business goals
- Develop and maintain a budget for media buying activities and report on results to key stakeholders
- The team work 5 days in the Fitzrovia office. _
- 2+ years of experience in sportsbook/casino operations affiliate marketing
- Self-motivated to get things done and adapt to change
- Excellent communication
- Knowledge of the online gaming industry, tools and gaming trends
- Analytical and data-led approach
- A strong understanding of financial numbers (KPI and performance reports)
- Go getter attitude
