Administration Assistant

**Duties to include**:
Making appointments - this involves calling the clients and booking appointments on via the In-House Portal
Preparation of clinics - this involves making sure the doctor has everything they require, and all clients have confirmed their attendance. Medical records are also checked at this point.
Sending out GP reports - this involves proofreading the more simple of the reports and issuing an invoice. These are both then attached to the portal and sent to the solicitor.

The role is fully office based in a friendly sociable team. Hours are 8am-4pm or 9-5pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch. Please note there is no parking on site but the office is easily commutable by public transport or parking is a 5 min walk to the office.
This is a great opportunity for someone with drive and excellent telephone/admin skills.
Full training will be provided.so the ability to pick things up quickly is essential and of course attention to detail is key in this role.
