We operate out of 6 sites across the UK, USA and Far East and have an exciting opportunity for Supply Chain and Logistics Administrator to join our team based at Parc Hendre, Ammanford. Key Responsibilities
- Processing job cards and ensuring all materials are ordered
- Arranging the dispatch of goods, adhering to all packaging regulations for international shipping
- Manage all imports/exports and ensure a robust recording process for goods-in/out
- Experience of COSHH and shipping/handling regulations
- Competent using Sage 200, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Office packages
- Data entry and document control
- Liaising with external suppliers
- Working closely with the Production and Sales teams
- PA and admin support for the Site Manager
- Answering the phone and confidently dealing with enquiries
- Minute taking, letter writing, scanning and printing documents
- Experience of working within a manufacturing environment
- Due to location, a driving license and own transport would be highly desirable
