We at Leggett & Platt are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join our growing Specialised Products Team. We are a multi-billion-dollar globally diversified company that designs and manufactures various engineered components and products.
In this role, you will report to the Senior HR Business Partner
- Transformation and Capability, and will be responsible for pursuing department objectives and service all business Unit functions through Human Resources activities.
So, what will you be doing as a HR Administrator?
- Acting as the first point of contact for the newly formed HR Transformation and Capability Team
- Support and streamline the day to administration of documentation in line with GDPR legislation
- Ensuring Internal databases are maintained to an exceptional standard
- Updating company policies, procedures and role profiles
- Preparing HR documents such as contracts and new hire documentation
- Analysing HR statistical reports
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
- Source and arrange training opportunities
- Creating process flow charts and working instructions
- Supporting onboarding and termination activities
- Arranging travel and accommodation
- Participate in HR projects
- Ideally, a Certificate in People Practice (CIPD Level 3)/or equivalent or be willing to work towards the qualification
- Experience with HR Software (HRIS)
- An exceptional track record in administration and customer service
- Enthusiastic, friendly and helpful approach
- Sound understanding of GDPR and data protection
- Well able to prioritise and manage own workload
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Have a Driver's Licence and access to your own transport
- High level of proficiency in MS Office 365 using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams
