**Key Duties**
- Supervise and support the Hygiene Team.
- Ensuring Good standards of General Manufacturing Practice and that the department is always audit ready.
- Ensure all Hygiene standards are met across the site and support with this as required.
- Assist with complaint management and site risk assessments

**About you**

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Level 2 Food Safety training
- An understanding of COSHH
- Strong understanding of good hygiene practices
- Knowledge of CICs
- Understanding of impact and cost of decisions within the business
- Knowledge of equipment - Strip-down, reassembly
- The ability to communicate precise information to help deal with food safety incidents
- Are confident presenting facts
- Has the ability to provide accurate data
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and deliver to deadlines.

**Salary**: £28,000.00 per year
