Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, with a passion for delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact.
