Prior experience in a similar environment is essential as you will be a key holder responsible to open/ close the shop on certain shifts and cash-in/out at the start/ end of day when the manager is absent.

Your role will be pivotal in helping maintain company standards during busy periods especially and keeping track of cleaning and hygiene, wastage management and offering exceptional customer service paying particular attention to the needs of our guests able to preempt when tasks need to actioned.

We are looking for a confident and personable team player who can hit the ground running, get stuck-in with the task at hand who are able to support the team whenever necessary. Who takes pride in their work and executes with competence and self awareness in what might need to be done. A forward thinking person who has true drive and passion for coffee and the hospitality industry in general, with efficiency in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, yet always remaining calm and welcoming.

between 20 and 35 hours a week Part-time to full-time, Flexible, Full days on Weekdays and/ or weekends on a rata system (for negotiation)
