Join our vibrant and dynamic team at Impossible Manchester, In the heart of Manchester City Centre lies an immersive night-club with a cocktail bar, restaurant and gin bar. In total we hold 6 bars, 4 rooms and 3 floors of excitement. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced bartender to join our team and inspire the next generation of skilled and passionate bartenders.

**Position: Internal training supervisor**

**Location: Manchester**

**Responsibilities**:
**Training Delivery**:

- Conduct engaging and interactive bartender training sessions for individuals and groups.
- Demonstrate and teach essential bartending skills, including mixology techniques, cocktail preparation, and customer service.
- Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs of bartender.

**Training Development**:

- Work closely with the bar manager to create and enhance training materials, manuals, and resources.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques into the training program.
- Develop innovative and effective training exercises to enhance the learning experience.

**Individual Coaching**:

- Provide personalised coaching and feedback to bartenders and bar manager to help them refine their bartending skills.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages skill development and confidence.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Gather feedback from reviews and customer feedback to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute ideas to enhance the overall training experience.
- In addition to training, assist the bar team in developing efficient methods for preparing cocktails for the week ahead.
- Emphasise organisation, time management, and proper storage techniques to ensure freshness and consistency.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional bartender.
- Proven ability to deliver engaging and effective training sessions.
- In-depth knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, and customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of energy, enthusiasm, and passion for the art of bartending.
