An extremely exciting and unique opportunity has arisen for a motivated, enthusiastic individual to join the Respiratory team in a new innovative position of Lung Cancer Administrator/Navigator at Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust, initially on a 1 year fixed term but highly likely to extend to 2 years.

The Respiratory team are implementing an early diagnostic pathway for patients with a suspected benign lung nodule which will involve input for The navigator (this role) from the beginning of the pathway to work both directly and indirectly with both patients and their carers to assist in coordinating the patient pathway. The role of the navigator will be to improve the timeliness of the patient journey and the patient's experience.

An ability to work autonomously and to respond quickly to requests is required in addition to the ability to use your own initiative.
