**About The Role**:
**Cambridge Design Partnership are looking for hardworking and dedicated Contractors who would be interested in joining our network of approved Contractor.**

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated senior innovation or software product/project management consulting professional focusing on our digital product and service offerings to join our team. You will play a key role in helping to develop and deliver our industry-leading digital products and services, lead targeted business development, and help deliver digital strategies, products, and services to clients from the earliest phases of an innovation inquiry.

Working closely with our research, design and technology business leaders, your objective is to help strengthen digital capabilities into a profitable business for CDP. You will bring enthusiasm, extensive consulting experience, and strategic thought leadership to deliver digital projects for some of the world's biggest consumer and healthcare businesses.

Your ability to help clients frame their challenges effectively and create evidence-led roadmaps will allow them to act on the insight and enable business opportunities to reach their full potential. In many cases, your strategic recommendations and creative ideas will grow into full-scale product development programs.

You will have a natural aptitude for spotting future trends and commercial opportunities in the market, a keen interest in human-centered brands and technology, and love talking with senior executives and prospective clients.

**About You**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or Science & technology discipline, master’s degree is a plus
- Experience as Product Owner or Product Manager and in building digital strategies, product definition, product roadmaps and execution plans
- Deep understanding of product development challenges in IoT, mobile app, web app, cloud hosting platform and data analytics
- Previous experience in software development, technology leadership and/or software project management
- An expert in leading successful strategic innovation activities, including user/market research, competitive landscaping, opportunity assessment and reporting, and extraordinary facilitation skills for structured digital product and technology workshops.
- Personal drive and experience to work both independently and with other business leaders, to undertake new business development activities such as lead qualification, framing of the right brief, pitching, and proposal writing
- Develop and manage new and existing client relationships aiming at the £1m+ range.
- Implement skills that will add value to CDP’s digital offer, and contribute to strategic marketing, global industry thought-leadership, and team recruitment.
- Balance business development with leading and contributing to project activity, maintaining ultimate responsibility for the client relationship and commercial success of projects as they transition from innovation into full product development.
- Inspirational presentation and reporting, and an effective verbal and written communicator.

Able to work as part of a rapidly growing team to aggressive timescale and with strict attention to quality.
