This role will report into the Field Services Manager and will be responsible for auditing the field technicians mileage to detract business mileage vs personal mileage and then to collate the data and present to the concerned stakeholders. This role will also be responsible for processing and collating field bonus reports for technicians within the required time-frame.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Performing daily checks on vehicle usage & highlighting and recording any potential infringements.
- Maintaining the tracker for linking vehicles to technicians in light of any fleet movements.
- Creating reports for field managers to allow for validation of infringements raised.
- Collating of data back from field managers ready for submission to the compliance team.
- Compiling reports from multiple sources to make a technician job bonus report.
- Maintaining the field payroll inbox, responding to queries from both internal staffing and external agencies in-line with SLAs.
- Creating a monthly bonus report for internal technicians ready for submission to payroll.

**Skills and knowledge required for the role**:

- Experience of using excel to manage data and to create user friendly reports.
- Good problem solving skills, able to grasp problems quickly and draw informed conclusions
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills are highly desirable
- Innovative & can improve processes
- Experience of navigating multiple systems
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Great attention to detail is essential.
- Organised & self-motivated.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm
Contract length: 13 weeks

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
