Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of older people in the community? Are you a strategic thinker with a comprehensive understanding of economic, political, and environmental factors impacting services in the sector?

If so, Brendoncare is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join us as our Head of Membership to contribute to our vision of creating vibrant, resilient, and independent communities for older people.

**Who We Are**:
At Brendoncare, we believe that community is the cornerstone of happiness and well-being for older people. We are dedicated to supporting older individuals in all aspects of their lives. Our programs provide support from clubs and events to vital support and information services.

We recognise that the majority of people live in the community, and with our mission to empower people to maintain their independence, we are thrilled to announce that nearly 900 members have already signed up since reopening our community services in 2021.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an exceptional individual to guide and shape our membership services, integrating them seamlessly into our existing offerings.

**The Opportunity**:
As the Head of Membership, you will oversee our well-established community clubs and community support teams, collaborating to ensure that our members receive the highest level of care and support. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop new offers and infrastructure, including a new membership CRM system, to accommodate our growing membership numbers.

You will play a vital role within our Business Leadership Team, driving increased integration with our care homes and developing support for the relatives and communities around our homes.

This is an exciting time of growth within our organisation, and we need someone with energy, commitment, and the ability to make changes and improvements.

We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of care and support for older people, and a track record in managing dispersed membership services.

Your ability to confidently engage with stakeholders and external audiences will further elevate our reach and impact. Being a driver with access to a vehicle is an advantage as you will occasionally travel across South Central England.

**What We Offer**:
A competitive salary of circa £40,000 per annum.

**As a senior member of the team, you will also have available**:
30 days annual leave plus bank holidays
