About the Role

  • Lead the development and implementation of our engagement and operations strategy, ensuring alignment with our charitable objectives.
  • Manage a team of staff and volunteers, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective delivery of our services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including members, donors, and partners.
  • Oversee the planning and delivery of membership events, including evenings and weekends, with occasional overnight stays.
  • Ensure the financial sustainability of our charity, working closely with our finance team to manage budgets and resources.
