We are seeking a **CUSTOMER RETENTION EXECUTIVE** to generate finance renewal appointments for our client’s automotive group.
This is a Monday to Friday role (8.30am to 6.00pm, with an hour for lunch), working from their centre in Portsmouth, in a 5-member team.
Utilising manufacturer and dealer systems your responsibilities will extend to:
- Focusing on outbound calls to existing finance sales and service finance customers.
- Maintaining the relationship with the customer throughout their ownership cycle and creating renewal appointments for the Sales Teams.
- Identifying opportunities to offer renewal appointments at key points during the agreement term, by building, maintaining and updating ‘campaigns’ on the Finance Renewals Systems.
- Working closely with the Online Manager, the site Sales Managers and their teams to track and update appointment information.
- Create appointments and promote best practice to customers via telephone and internet.
- Updating Manufacture programmes and Team information with key information and results.
- Make outbound calls to customers who are on the Finance Management Systems.
- Create appointments for Sales Team using Finance Retention Management Techniques.
- Where necessary, embrace objection handling to secure appointment.
- Utilise Manufacture Programmes to record customer comments, notes, and appointments.
- Utilise the Service Diary, to identify further customers renewal opportunities and create appointments for the Sales Team.
- Update “Team Trackers” to record results.
**This role is suited to an individual who is comfortable operating in an office environment, not face-to-face with customers. Call centre experience would certainly be seen as an advantage alongside an excellent telephone manner and the ability to build rapport.**
**Car sales experience would also be a benefit.**
