ABL 1 Touch are a market leading vehicle repair business since 1994, working in partnership with insurance companies. ABL 1 Touch prides itself not only in the quality of its work but in providing excellent customer service.

As we continue to grow, ABL 1 Touch are looking to recruit a **Customer Relationship Executive **to join our Team based in Portsmouth/Hybrid.

As a **Customer Relationship Executive**, you will manage customer and escalated consumer complaints for the business and our customers.

**Responsibilities of a Customer Relationship Executive will include**:

- Receive, log, process and track customer complaints adhering to agreed response and update timescales.
- Pick up, process, and track escalated consumer complaints adhering to agreed response and update timescales.
- Maintain the complaint log with agreed resolution, outcome and initial root causes identified. Post rectification follow up with consumer.
- Build on existing and new customer relationships to assist in the day-to-day management of the account and any challenges.
- Support Senior Customer Insight Manager.

**Skills and experience required as a Customer Relationship Executive**:

- Previous experience of dealing with customer/consumer complaints
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Creativity skills to help resolve complex problems.
- Ability to demonstrate decisiveness on a consistent basis.
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Proven ability to effectively meet deadlines.
- Ability to develop and maintain excellent professional working relationships with people at all levels across the business and with our customers.
