**Business Support Assistant - East Renfrewshire - Permanent - Salary DOE**
**Are you an experienced administrator with excellent communication skills? Are you a self-starter, with the ability to provide a high level of customer service at all times, maintain accuracy and efficiency, and the ability to work to deadlines?**
**Our client, a market-leading contractor, is looking for a Business Support Assistant to join their team in their Barrhead office. You will join a company with excellent career development plans and great benefits.**
**This is a fully office-based position, working Monday - Thursday 8-5 and Friday 8-3.30.**
**What does the day-to-day look like?**
- Providing general administrative support to all areas of the business
- Assisting with weekly and monthly reports
- Support reception and FOH duties, including answering all calls, and taking messages when required
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Data entry
- Completing monthly stock takes
- Liaising with internal colleagues and external vendors and clients
- High-level of customer service
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels, including Senior Teams
- Self-motivated
- Strong IT skills, with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Flexibility and willing to take on new ideas
- Excellent time keeping
- Experience in a previous role is essential
- Adaptable and willing to work across other areas of the business
HRC acts as both an employer and an employment agency.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
