**Office Support Assistant**

**Responsibilities**:

- Promote a positive and respectful team ethos with colleagues and stakeholders, sharing work-related knowledge and information.
- Undertake any reasonable request from Management.
- Undertake a cross-department training programme alongside external training to support personal development.

**The Person**:

- Professional and confident with a good understanding of customer service, mínimal is acceptable.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and forward-thinking, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and remain flexible.
- An excellent communicator (both written and oral).
- Basic analytical, administrative, and organisation skills and great attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

**Salary**: £15,000.00-£20,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Flexitime
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ipswich: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
