As a Mailroom Assistant, you will be responsible for an efficient and accurate postal and goods inwards service to a prestigious global digital entertainment company in Guildford.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the Goods In mailbox and Slack communications with employees.
- Process support tickets in relation to the Goods In service delivery.
- Receive and distribute post around the building, including items requiring a signature.
- Process all outgoing shipments including sending IT hardware to remote workers.
- Manage office supplies and ensure stock levels are always maintained.
- Distribute high value and sensitive packages to employees and partners.
- Assist the Workplace Experience team in the planning and execution of events and other activities.
- Maintain accurate records including correct asset tagging of all IT hardware
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as photocopying, binding and scanning documents.
- Undertake fulfilment tasks such as large scale mailouts or special projects.
- Act as a First Aider and Safety Warden for the building.

**Skills and Abilities**:

- First class customer service skills; with the ability to interact with employees at all levels within the Organisation.
- Ability to work under own initiative with mínimal management.
- To be discrete and highly confidential when working on and within sensitive tasks.
- Organization and planning skills: ensure on-time delivery, rigorous follow up.
- Client service: ensure a high-quality delivery to employees; prioritise tasks as required.
- Personal effectiveness: has a ‘can do’ mentality, self-assured, positive, open and flexible.
- Proactive self-starter: comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and to very tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; actively listens.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to rise to new situations and challenges within an incredibly dynamic industry.

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year
