**Land Agent Job in Cambridge Cambridgeshire, our client is one of the UK’s largest real estate and property consultancies in the UK, operating 34 offices nationwide. They are looking for a Land Agent with an estate management background to join their Cambridge office. Offering a salary of up to £30,000 - £55,000 + car allowance + bonus.**

Our client is one of leading property consultancies in the UK offering a wide range of services across building consultancy, property investment, planning, property management, estate agency and development. Established in the 1800s, they now have 33 offices nationwide and a reputation built on offering the best advice to their varied client base.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Managing day-to-day Estate Management
- Identifying maintenance requirements and setting up/managing Planned Maintenance Programmes
- General management of Agricultural and Residential tenancies, some Commercial lets, sporting and forestry
- Preparation of Digital Plans and implementation of Computerised Estate Terrier - Advise on and manage general rural professional matters
- Strategically work with other departments to develop new sales opportunities and to maintain consistency and efficiency.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- RICS Qualified
- CAAV qualification (desired)
- Experience in rural valuations (desired)
- Strong negotiating and presentational skills.
