Stockport, United Kingdom BounceTogether Full time

**About us**

At BounceTogether, we're not only an EdTech company; we're on a mission to help schools transform educational outcomes and foster wellbeing throughout the whole school community.

Every school prioritises the mental health and wellbeing of its pupils but we’ve found that many schools can struggle to robustly evidence and track the progress. Typically, schools want to monitor and track wellbeing but don’t know; what surveys to run, how to identify children that are going under the radar and what to do next to maximise results. This is where BounceTogether steps in.

Our state-of-the-art wellbeing platform helps schools overcome these challenges. Schools can effortlessly track, report, provide evidence, and support the wellbeing of pupils, staff, and parents from one interface being sure that no one is missed.

We’re hiring because we now need someone to focus solely on our back-office operations so if you’re seeking a role that could help change the lives of the adults of tomorrow then keep reading.

**Our working environment**

Our people and the way we do things are the cornerstones of our business. We are building an environment where collaboration thrives, innovation flourishes, and every voice and idea is valued. We work hard to ensure every member of our team feels empowered to contribute their unique perspectives and ideas.

At its heart is a commitment to excellence, both in the products and services we deliver and in the way we support and nurture our team members. We have a very collaborative structure, where people across the organisation will find themselves contributing ideas and improvements to other parts of the business.

Being a lean startup, you will be joining an organisation that is accelerating its growth over the next 3 years and we need the best people in place to help us get there and achieve our goals. This is a rare opportunity to become part of a scaling business, where you’ll be part of an environment that will help you grow as the company grows.

- Contacting existing customers to promote platform engagement
- Answering inbound queries from customers about product usage
- Schedule and organise customer meetings/training

We’re looking for a team player, with a versatile set of skills who is ready to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.

They’ll have a growth mindset and want to objectively challenge the way that things are done to improve them. Whilst there are established processes in place, we want someone who will make the role their own by implementing new, fresh ways to do things and continuously seeking to improve the area you’re working within, to deliver more efficiency and create more value for our customers.

We are searching for a person who is comfortable working autonomously but identifies when they need to ask for help and isn’t afraid to. You must be comfortable with speaking to customers/colleagues on the phone as well as online video calls but have strong written skills. Ideally, you will be personable and able to build rapport with customers easily.
