- Our client is looking for a hardworking, conscientious person to join their organisation and small, stable team to provide support within admin / order processing, which services all 3 areas of the business - aerospace, automotive and signage. FULL TRAINING PROVIDED_
- This role is working as part of a fantastic, supportive team and is a very stable position within the business._
- To further compliment the team is the beautiful office dog - so a love of dogs would absolutely be ideal to ensure he also gets lots of time, cuddles and attention_
**Duties include**:
- Sales order processing and ultimately building up to purchase order processing.
- Working within the sales, purchase and stock modules.
- General administration duties will include the following:
- Office filing.
- Answering the telephone.
- Liaising with customers and internal sales staff.
- General warehouse duties (only as part of limited holiday cover when required) will include the following:
- Ensuring orders are picked and packed correctly and efficiently.
- Receiving goods, checking and contacting suppliers if there are any discrepancies.
- Lifting and moving goods around the warehouse/stores.
- Undertaking a stock take once a month.
- Ensuring that stock is kept tidy and correctly labelled.
**Skills Required**:
- Hardworking and enthusiastic.
- Can work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Organised with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
