Role Description
Being a Treatment Co-ordinator means being the eyes and ears for your patients and the dentist. You will ensure that your patients have a smooth and comfortable journey through their treatment plan.

Providing excellent NHS and private dental care to thousands of patients every week in high quality dental practices. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Being the face of the referral service at the practice, you will work in sync with your Practice Manager and the team to deliver the practice’s goals
- Working alongside the practices clinicians to ensure your patients have a memorable experience
- Being a clear communicator is key when detailing treatment options, you will keep your patients updated and give them any support they may need during their treatment options
- Keeping our local referring practices updated is key, you will ensure their information is always up to date
