We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Research and CRM Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting sales research and managing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to gather insights, identify sales opportunities, and optimise our CRM system for improved efficiency and effectiveness.

**Responsibilities**:
Sales Research:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential new customers, lead and tenders.
Monitor industry news, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

CRM System:
Oversee the maintenance of the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer data. Customise CRM workflows, dashboards, and reports to meet the needs of various teams and stakeholders.
Regularly audit the CRM system for data integrity, identify and resolve issues, and implement improvements.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide sales insights, performance analysis, and sales forecasting.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in sales research, data analysis, and CRM system management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw actionable insights from complex data sets.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
