Our client is searching for a Brand Engagement Manager to join their busy marketing team.

You will report to the Global Head of Brand Development,

Overseeing the social media strategy, delivering a clear strategies to engage and grow the digital audience

Manage all aspects of calendar alignments, scheduling and reporting. Working alongside the brand design team on content creation, brainstorming ideas and offering best practices for social content based on social trends and competitors.

You will also be involved in working with the Owners, Directors and teams with their vision and ensure constant relevance of branded themes and tone of voice.

Collaborate with e-comms team, PR, marketing, sales and retail teams with regards to the promotion of NPD launches, events, online sales promotions, online partnerships on social channels

Strategise and develop branded partnerships to grow brand awareness both online and offline. Partner with the e-commerce team in deployment of affiliate programmes. Manage a Social Community Management Executive, owning day-to-day community management andpost scheduling, as well as events, send outs and community management.

Brand Engagement KPIs including social media and influencer activity internally, and manage the brand engagement budget.

Minimum 4 year experience in social media strategy, experience working in beauty, fashion or interiors industriesStrong aesthetic sense i.e. understanding what looks great Comfortable in content creation for social, both behind and in front of camerawith a deep understanding of beauty/skincare social content and trends and its quickly evolving landscape

A good command of native English. Strong written and verbal communication skills, immaculate grammar, including presenting and reporting and confident in copywriting. Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, good analytical skills with strong numeracy and excelskills to report and track affiliate campaigns, whilst being a self-starter with the ability to manage complexities, work to tight deadlines and manage projects independently. Management experience ideal, strong team playerwith the ability to roll your sleevesand make a difference. Organised and confident with fantastic attention to detail.
