**Facilities Coordinator**
**Location: Gloucester**
**Salary: Up to £26,500 per annum**
**Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday**
- Main responsibilities of the role:_
- Support and monitor the compliance audit processes, including Health & Ssafety, planned maintenance and security tasks, ensuring these are all logged on the compliance hub
- Support the Property Maintenance Manager in maintenance compliance and the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance
- Act as a key point of contact between service users, contractors and the works team
- Be responsible for all administration related tasks regarding the management of repairs and maintenance contracts and records
- Essential Requirements: _
- You must have experience of MS Office packages and have a good understanding of general maintenance issues and understand Health & Safety legislation for property and individuals
