**The Role**

This is an evergrowing company and they are working with some of the Worlds largest financial institutions. They are on the look out for someone to join their Revenue team to support their global growth and reporting to the Head of Revenue Enablement. Theyare looking for someone to make a big impact and be part of a globally outstanding team.

**What you'll be working on**
- Partner with different stakeholders within the company to find out what they need from our CRM and be able to personalise processes and training programmes to benefit them.
- Use data to impartially evaluate revenue performance across all commercial sectors as well as recommend and lead initiatives to optimise results across the revenue team.
- Deliver reporting and analytics, with actionable insights, to increase transparency and drive revenue acceleration.
- Ensure complete data integrity within our CRM (HubSpot) and related systems.
- Support teams in their processes by ensuring they can collect the right data to be able to base business decisions.

**What you'll bring to the team**
- Confidence delivering actionable insights to a range of audiences with experience in creating and implementing data strategy & governance.
- Ability to work across teams to support multiple stakeholders across commercial, marketing and finance.
- Significant hands-on experience in CRM and supporting a sales cycle process from lead to client.
- Prior experience of HubSpot is essential.
- A hunger for and history of impacting strategy with curiosity about how technology supports processes.
