**What would you be responsible for in this role?**
- Producing accurate and appropriate documentation for formal cases
- Escalating complex cases to Senior HR Advisors / HR Business Partner
- Managing incoming queries for the HR Advisory Team
- Capturing and tracking advice and key information in our case management system, ensuring we have accurate MI
- Supporting line managers in formal meetings by providing HR advice and taking meeting notes
- Upskilling managers knowledge of employee relations best practice
- Ad hoc HR project work support

**What would we like to see in you?**
- You will be collaborative, eager to drive positive change and have a pragmatic, but commercially aware approach to employee relations matters, including disciplinary, managing underperformance, absence, grievance, and flexible working
- Able to work at pace, without compromising on quality of delivery
- Excellent time management skills, working proactively, but with the ability to manage conflicting priorities when necessary
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR Advisory (with a focus on employee relations) or a minimum of 2 years’ line management experience, having managed the full spectrum of employee relations matters to successful conclusion
- Sound understanding and up to date knowledge of employment legislation and the ability to use this to inform your advice and approach to issues
- Ability to organise and prioritise casework effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and at pace within the HR team and the wider business to solve problems
- Solid analytical skills and sound, commercial judgement
- CIPD level 3 or above is desirable, but not essential
- Excellent understanding of business processes, KPIs and cost controls
