**Role: Quality Assurance Officer**

**Salary: £27,000**

**Location: Trafford, Manchester HYBRID**

This is a hybrid role with the requirement of 1 day in the office every fortnight.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Support Team Leaders in managing and assessing colleague competency.
- Deliver effective monitoring in line with the scope of the Quality Assurance Monitoring Methodology, ensuring that good customer outcomes are consistently delivered, and that operational processes and standards meet regulatory requirements.
- Accurately identify the root cause of issues identified & Approved Intermediaries’ and Financial Specialists’ soft skill and technical training needs
- Maintain quality and consistency of service delivered by providing feedback and initiating levelling sessions as appropriate.
- Provide effective oversight of remedial activity ensuring this is completed in line with the remediation contact strategy.

**Requirements**:

- QA & Monitoring Experience
- Ability to communicate effectively & provide excellent customer service
- Strong analytical and IT skills
- Debt Advice (preferable)
- Understanding of the financial services sector (preferable)

**Salary**: From £27,000.00 per year
